Birmingham St Mary's Hospice hosted a Ladies Lunch at the Bay Tree restaurant in Edgbaston, attended by more than 70 women from the city's business community. Lunch was themed around American Independence Day, which wasreflected in the authentic dishes on offer. There were exclusive stalls where the Ladies had the opportunity to purchase jewellery, shoes and handbags.
Brass BraceletDemand for tickets was high and the event sold out withindays. The generosity of the Ladies was realised through the amount of pounds 1,900 raised to support Birmingham St Mary's Hospice.
