Talking of belly pork, we went over to have lunch with one of my oldest mates, John Lewis, who owns paper bag printing The Moat House restaurant in Acton Trussell, which is one of the county's top restaurants. For lunch I had belly pork on a bed of black pudding. I can't tell you how delicious this meal was. Looking around the restaurant there were many more diners enjoying the same meal.
